The Long Hill Township Recreation Advisory Committee is sponsoring Ski Trips to
Hunter Mountain ski area on February 8 and February 22, 2003..
Sign up at Town Hall daily from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM or on January 20
from 7:00 - 9:00 PM.
OR, Print the registration form and mail it in. One form per skier.
- The bus leaves from Central School at 5:50 AM
SHARP. Please arrive by 5:35 AM.
The bus ride is about 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Refreshments and videos will be available on the bus.
- Return bus leaves at 5:00 PM. Anyone who cannot travel back
to Long Hill Township on the bus will be responsible for his or her own transportation.
- Children 14 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
- No Refunds unless the trip is cancelled.

SKI TRIP RULES
- Bus leaves Central School at 5:50 AM sharp! please arrive by 5:35 AM.
- All cancellations must be made 48 hours before the trip for a full refund.
- All skiers should carry identification & medical ID cards.
- Anyone causing damage to the bus will be held responsible.
- Anyone coming on the trip must be able to handle, put on & take off their equipment themselves or be
accompanied with help.
- Chaperones are in charge.
- Must read Skier Responsibility Code (below) and follow it.
- BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN!.

SKIER'S RESPONSIBILITY CODE
- Ski under control at all times. That means not going so fast that you cannot stop or avoid an
obstacle or other skier.
- Skiers ahead of you or downhill have the right below and in front.
- Do not stop where you block a trail or where a skier above cannot see you.
- When entering a trail or just starting downhill, yield to other skiers.
- Always wear ski straps, ski brakes or something else to prevent runaway skis.
- Keep off closed trails, observe all posted signs.
- Never ski alone. Buddy up.
