Some of the benefits of attending and graduating from the course are

• a 5% premium reduction from your insurance company,
• a two point reduction from your drivers license, and
• classroom instruction on defensive driving.

The drivers attending the class felt the course was a good refresher of motor vehicle laws, driving techniques, and awareness of changes taking place on the road.  The interaction between peers sharing experiences of realistic situations lead to several helpful discussions.

The class conducted on November 13 and 14, 2002 had a record attendance.  (See photo below.).

Due to the overwhelming success of this program, we are offering an additional program on April 16 and 17, 2003.  The instructor, William Parolari an AARP member, conducts the eight hours of training spread over two morning sessions.  9:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the First Aid Squad Building.
