Passport Application

If you need a new or renewed Passport, you can go to the Morris County Clerk's office.  They have all the forms, and will take your personal check.  Stop at a photo shop before you go and take along two photos.  If you can't find one near you, there is one on South Street just a few doors east of the courthouse.

Don't even THINK of going physically to the U.S. State Department Passport Office in New York City or Philadelphia, unless you read the warnings on this page.

You can print the forms on your PC if you have Adobe Acrobat installed.  If this is a simple renewal, you can mail in the form, pictures and check, and save a trip to Morristown.  BE SURE YOU READ the instructions about which form to print and use.

For a complete description and rules, visit the State Department's Passports website.
