The Long Hill Shade Tree Commission is taking this opportunity to approach businesses on Valley Road, asking them to participate in a matching grant to replace the street trees in Downtown Long Hill which were lost in recent storms.
Adding trees to beautify the streetscape along Valley Road was a recommendation in the Downtown Long Hill Element prepared for the 2009 Master Plan. The Chamber of Commerce supports any effort by the township to improve the appearance of our major commercial district.
