Command 20 is a 2001 Ford Expedition XLT with 4 wheel drive.  It has seating for five.

It has been tailored as a command vehicle, and is equipped with a rear storage compartment that contains a documentation cabinet for Incident Command materials such as:

  • pre-planning documentation,
  • haz-mat reference material,
  • maps of the town and surrounding area, and
  • other reference materials.
The storage area has a pull-out rack that contains
  • a pull-out planning board that acts as a desktop where planning materials can be laid out,
  • a firefighter's first-aid package,
  • an SCBA
  • various small firefighting tools, and
  • a fire extinguisher.
Command 20 has a full compliment of radios covering all the towns with which we have Mutual Aid arrangements.
