By fall 2002, we hope to have a new building underway that will reflect some of the best
and brightest ideas in library design and technology.
In contrast to our current very "cozy" building, we will bring the community an open,
friendly structure with adequate seating, study areas, and service points.
The new facility will be a one-story building of 15,175 square feet with adjacent parking.
It will be part of a new township municipal complex, which will also house the new town hall and recreation
facilities.
The projected cost of the building is $3,260,000, to be paid for with
local funds and a $527,604 state grant. Furnishings, computers, and materials will be purchased with the proceeds of our
